SUBMISSION RULES & GUIDELINES
Submissions are done through our Facebook page:

 The open submission post will have guidelines on how to submit. You can submit up to 3 images under our open call post with the models name, age, location and photographer. If selected, we will reply to your post with the next steps, which includes emailing us the picture. Please include your picture in high resolution with the creative team credits (photographer, designer, makeup, hair, outfits, etc.). It is very important to us to give credit to everyone involved.

PICTURE QUALITY
We do not accept low quality, blurry, mobile or screenshot pictures. Only high resolution pictures can be used. Since our magazine gets printed, we need pictures to be high quality and professional.

• NO LOGOS ON IMAGES

• NO CELL PHONE PICTURES OR BLURRY PICTURES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

• NO SWIMSUITS OR BOUDOIR. (Our magazine features children as well as adults)

PERMISSIONS
By submitting your picture, you are allowing us to use it in our print and digital magazine. Your image will be shared on our Facebook page and Website.  If using a professional photographer, please make sure you have permission to have the images published. Not every photographer allows it so it would be important for you to discuss it with them.  When high resolution images are received via email, we assume all parties involved have agreed to the image being published. Youthful Talent Model Magazine is not responsible for any broken copyright agreements.  Please have permission from all parties involved before submitting images.  Royalties will NOT be paid for published images.

EMAILING
If your image is chosen on Facebook, you will be asked to email us the photo in high resolution. Make sure you include your child’s name, the photographer or person who took the picture, location and all credits used in the picture. Once you have emailed us, your image will be placed in the next available spot.  If there is a problem with the image (Such as low resolution or missing credits) you will receive an email back asking for a higher resolution image or credits.  (If there is a problem it may knock your image out of the current issue because of the delay, but as soon as we receive the updated file then you will be placed into the next spot.) 

 

You will also receive an email once the issue is out with the link to purchase. Make sure you are emailing us from an email you check often, we would hate for you to miss out on the release.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note we place images as they are received. If you image is chosen under an "open issue" post, this does not mean it will be in that issue.  When your image is selected we post "Your image has been selected for our open issue," This notation means your image will be placed in the next available spot.

 

We like to received email submissions within 2 days after being chosen on Facebook.
